FIONA LANGE

I am a clinical psychologist with over 14 years experience in mental health. I also have 20 years prior experience as an AASW approved social-worker, working in the community, forensic, child protection, and public health sectors.
 
I am interested in clients’ self-concept, and how this affects their ability to relate with others, manage life’s challenges, and “build a life worth living.” I enjoy working in a collaborative manner that supports self-discovery, self-acceptance, and behaviour change.
 
My method integrates elements of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mentalisation-based Therapy, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I am currently taking referrals for EMDR therapy.
