NATASHA TISBURY
Psychologist
I have worked over the past 20 years with people experiencing a range of psychological problems, including personality disorder, difficulties with grief and loss, mood disorder, PTSD, relationship problems, anger, and identity and existential issues.
My work has been heavily influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focussed Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
I'm driven by a deep commitment to support people to explore and to deepen their understanding of themselves, to develop expansive ways of relating to their internal experience and to strengthen their connection to meaningful pursuits in their lives.
I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to my work, central to which is the establishment of a safe, reflective, therapeutic space.
